Brownies...how I love you so! Brownies are by far one of my favorite desserts and honestly one of the easiest things to bake. In my opinion you can't really go wrong with a brownie recipe..but I think I may have found myself a favorite! These guys were gooey, fudgey and not TOO sweet. Recipe below via AllRecipes! PS. For any altitude bakers...I usually just take out any baked goods 5 minutes before the recipe suggest to prevent dryness...who knows if thats the proper technique but it usually works for me!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1 Cup White Sugar, 2 Eggs, 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract, 1/3 Unsweetend Cocoa Powder, 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
