I remember when I first moved to Denver, I had texted my old co-worker Sami and asked her the spots that I needed to try. She wrote me a helpful list and I remember her clearly saying if you want a really good cocktail you need to try The Cooper Lounge. A few years later and many visits later… The Cooper Lounge remains a staple in my Denver routine. I always try to take visitors and always recommend if to folks looking for a great Denver experience.
Located in the beautiful Crawford Hotel inside of Denver’s Union Station, The Cooper Lounge always manages to take me back in time and make me feel like an elegant fancy shmancy lady. Cocktails, bites and the views of Union Station make Cooper an absolute favorite and whether you are just visiting, or looking for a special spot to celebrate, you will not be disappointed.
