Singlethread farms was a phenomenal experience and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a very special dinner. The dinner was 11 courses and changes based on what is fresh.

Fresh Burrata with Stonehouse Olive Oil : 4 oz. portion of Di Stefano Burrata, a sweet, creamy and mildly flavored cow milk cheese wrapped inside fresh Mozzarella. Accompanied by Stonehouse ‘Olio Santo’ Olive Oil from the Ferry Building and fresh Acme Epi baguette.
